What is Premium ice cream, you ask?  It means my ice cream has a very low overrun (very little air incorporated into the ice cream while churning) which results in a dense, rich, and high quality ice cream.

Philly style is made up of Milk, Cream, and Sugar with no egg in the base.  Added to that base are lots of local ingredients and fun additions to make all the inventive and nostalgic flavours.
